Order Status

Using the form below, simply enter the order number you were provided when you completed checkout (and in your order confirmation email) and the e-mail address you used to place your order. We will fetch and display your order and status along with any special notes that may have been added.

Please note that we moved our shop to a new system as of July 1st 2011 so you will not have access to your order status if your orders were made on or before that date. We have however sent notices to customers who's orders have shipped with tracking information. If you didn't receive a shipment or order confirmation yet. Please contact us at help@aviiq.com and someone from our support team will help you look up your order and it's status.
