Shipping Policy

Holiday Shipping

AViiQ warehouse will be closed on Dec 24 and 25.
We will resume normal operations on Dec 26.

Orders placed before 4pm on Dec 21 will ship same day. 
Orders after 4pm will not ship until Dec 26.

All Expedited orders needs to be placed before 1pm PST for same day processing.  
Weekends do not count as shipping days by courier services.

All other orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days.

Order Cancellation for Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your product has not shipped and you wish to make a cancellation. Cancellations must be received before 7am 1pm and before you have received a shipment confirmation. We ship all orders at 9am and 3pm so if you have not received a shipping confirmation and tracking number you can still cancel your order before these times. Keep in mind that we usually ship order the same day and next day at latests so the window to cancel your order is very small so please email help@aviiq.com or reply to your order confirmation as soon as possible.

USA Orders:

FedEx Ground
FedEx 2 Day
FedEx Express Saver
FedEx Standard Overnight
FedEx Priority Overnight

Shipping estimates are calculated by the carrier and may include estimated fuel and destination surcharges.
(We do not offer FedEx 2 Day Saturday Deliver or FedEx First Overnight because of our shipping cut off times)

International Orders:
United States Postal Service (USPS)
FedEx International Economy
FedEx International Priority
(Please note that for some international destinations, restrictions may apply, click to see more details)

International Order may have extra charges, you may be charged additional charges by your local Customs agency which we can not control or predict the cost of. These include import taxes, luxury taxes, etc.

International Order may be flagged for restrictions, you may be contacted by AViiQ customer service to adjust your shipping options.
Example 1: If the destination only allows FedEx International Priority (This often occurs when the destination is not within the normal shipping route)
Example 2: If the destination requires that the shipment include "Direct Signature" for delivery.


US Holidays and Weekends

Please note that we observe most US Holidays and our offices are closed on weekends (PST). Your order may not be shipped until the following business day after the observed holiday or weekend.
