Return Policy

Order Cancellation for Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your product has not been shipped and you wish to make a cancellation, cancellations must be received between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm, or before you have received a shipment confirmation. We ship all orders received between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm the same day or next business day at the latest. Keep in mind that cancellation window is very small so please email help@aviiq.com or reply to your order confirmation as soon as possible.

All orders must follow the instructions below to properly request and complete a return merchandise authorization.


Defective Products

If the product(s) you received is not functioning or damaged, please send email to our customer service by replying to your Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email or email us directly at help@aviiq.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Code. Return are limited only to purchases made on AViiQ.com and excludes purchases from other sites. For Return of products purchased on other website or retailers, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased.

Please note the following two options that are available for processing replacement products.  In both cases, the original item must be returned to AViiQ.

1)   Return and Replace

A return label PDF will be provided to you to send your original product back to AViiQ.  Product must be packaged appropriately to prevent (further) damage.  A replacement will be sent to you once the original product has been received and verified.  Depending on your physical location and distance from Southern California, the process may take between 3 to 10 business days for complete fulfillment from the time your original package is in transit to AViiQ.

2)   Advanced Replacement with Credit Card Hold

A completed and signed authorization form and credit card verification will allow for immediate processing and shipment of a replacement item.  The credit card authorization will hold (not charge) the value of the replacement item on the account for up to 30 days.  A printed return label will also be provided in the replacement package.  You may use the packaging materials from the shipment to secure your original product for return back to AViiQ.  Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, the credit card hold amount will be dropped from your account.

IMPORTANT: If the return product(s) is not received or located by Fedex within 30 days from receipt of replacement. AViiQ reserves the right to charge your account for both product(s).

Non-Defective Products

If your product is not defective but you were not satisfied or simply wish to return it, you will need to make your own arrangements to send it back within 30 days of purchase date. Please send email to our customer service by replying to your Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email or email us directly at help@aviiq.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization code.

IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of the returned product(s). AViiQ.com will issue a full refund minus any shipping charges for the order. Please allow 10-14 business days for the credit to hit your account.

How to request a Return Merchandise Authorization code:

1.     Reply to Order Confirmation Email (recommended).

2.     Send an email to help@aviiq.com and please include your order ID & a description of your inquiry.
