The AViiQ Portable Laptop Stand is the most portable laptop stand I’ve ever seen. It’s among the most stylish. It is hugely cool.

It works through the ancient and celestial science of origami. Out of the package, it looks like a big metal bookmark, about a foot long by a few inches wide. Aha! But when you un-accordian it, fold the top bit back, and insert the rubberized tabs at the end through the slots, you wind up with a very pretty surface that lifts the back of your notebook up by about an inch and a half.

It will spark much discussion when you deploy it at Starbucks or a conference room or an airport lounge.
